We are studying invasive species and their effects on native ecosystems. We used different field techniques, field experiments and advance modeling to assess how species adapt to the remote islands and the impact they have on native diversity. We provide information to help control of these invaders. We also focus on the interrelations of species and cultures using Field Environmental Philosophy to conserve the biocultural diversity.
